- Have 5 or 6 small meals a day
- Eat till you satisfied but not till stuffed
- Keep away white bread, rice and pasta
- Never eat after 8pm
- Learn to skip dessert
- Make exercise, go to gym or just walk everyday
- Drink water as much as possible
- Have at least 3 servings of fruit and veggies per day
- Drink a cup of green tea before go to bed
- No fast food
